Welcome to Rustic Rose & Honey Boutique. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of rusticrosehoneyboutique.myshopify.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to transmit anything harmful or fraudulent. You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

Products and Descriptions

We do our best to display our products, including their colors and details, as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and slight variations may occur, particularly in handmade items and jewelry. Items in our "Twice But Nice" collection are pre-owned and are sold as described, and may show normal signs of prior wear. Mystery box contents are selected by us and vary by box.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be verified. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Shopify's supported payment providers. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are added at checkout.

Shipping

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.

Returns

Returns are accepted only on new clothing items that are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. All other items, including jewelry, accessories, mystery boxes, and pre-owned "Twice But Nice" items, are final sale. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including our name, logo, photographs, product descriptions, and graphics, is the property of Rustic Rose & Honey Boutique or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rustic Rose & Honey Boutique will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
