We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work at Rustic Rose & Honey Boutique.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on new clothing items only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, and pet hair, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

•       Jewelry and accessories

•       Pre-owned items from our "Twice But Nice" collection

•       Mystery boxes

•       Any clothing item without its original tags or packaging

•       Items marked as clearance or final sale at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at rusticrosedesigns21@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and send you instructions for sending your item back. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for returns lost in transit. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items that arrive worn, washed, damaged, or without tags and original packaging will not be refunded and may be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us at rusticrosedesigns21@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate an exchange, subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll process an eligible return instead.
